All submissions undergo blind peer reviews by multiple reviewers. All submissions must be made electronically via ONLINE submission. E-mailed submissions will not be accepted. First-time authors should create an author account the author follows the guidelines in his/her article and meets the aims and scope of the journal.

Manuscripts are admitted within one week of receipt. The double-blind peer-review process may be taken around 21 days, and may lead to rejection or acceptance with minor or major revisions. Acceptance with major revisions will be followed by a second round of peer-review.
