Abstract

In this article we intend to know the problems in conditional
sentences within written productions, by postgraduate students of Spanish
(Egyptian informants, C1). Through the analysis and knowledge of their
errors, we will establish the causes that lead our group of 8 graduate students
of Hispanic Philology to make an error in the use of the conditional. In this
way, we will be able to establish a different methodological approach during
the learning of this new language (in our university), according to the
difficulties detected in this study. Through the test carried out on our group of
informants, focused on writing a letter to a friend of Spanish nationality
(containing a maximum of 130 words), it has allowed us to verify that the use
of the conditional in written expression tasks is a Currently, it is a stumbling
block for postgraduate students, since the total number of errors achieved in
the test is 69 errors.
